A question was asked by Liz, (so what does good health mean for you?) Mrs. Obama's answer was, it's multifaceted, it's physical, it's internal, it's my diet, and my emotional state. It's all tied in together.

She really touched my heart, when she stated that throughout her life, she's learned to make choices that make her happy and make sense for her. I agreed with her, that personal happiness is connected to everything.

She say's, she has freed herself to put herself as the priority list, and say, yes. She can make choices that make her happy, that will not only affect her family but her physical health.

She say's, it hard for women to own. I agree, because like she say's we're not taught to do that. But we can learn, and when we do we will be happier and healthier as well. How we feel about ourselves, will influence others in a negative or positive way.
