Indian Team arrived at Zimbabwe and played a match against them on Friday. It was a shock for Indians as well as cricket lovers that India lost the match to Zimbabwe. Indian Team played the match without senior players like Sachin,Dhoni, Harbhajan, Yuvraj, Sehwag . Hence it was a match with new players with the new team leader Raina. Hence it was a bit tough for them to play, but the pitch and other players of the team are good enough to handle the situation.

India started the batting in the first innings and scored 285 for the loss of five wickets. Although there was an early loss of wickets, India get back well on platform. Rohit played a good knock of century with a partnership of Jadeja . Hence these two has survived Indian team from getting lack of score on board. Zimbabwe bowled well and restricted us to 285/5.
Zimbabwe started the innings well with Masakadza scoring 46 and B Taylor with 81. After these wickets fell down they were not slowed down . They fought back with Ervine and Coventry to chase the score and succeeded in that. They reached the target when more ten balls were left to ball.

Hence from the above we can say that the performance has a difference. Indian team need to work more on their bowling and fielding, as they are good enough with batting. There are players like Yusuf, Rohit, Raina, and Dinesh for scoring. One thing they need to check out is building good partnership. Now there will be a turn to paly against Sri Lanka. Hence Indian Team need to check on their performance so as to beat the teams and win the cup without seniors in the side. Because this shows us the future as the senior players will retire in short period of time. Hence it is the time to work hard and win the cup.
